Black Cohosh is a most valuable herb that comes to us from the North American Indians, who used it for centuries.
CONTRAINDICATIONS Black Cohosh should not be taken by those with oestrogen sensitive cancer, or cancer survivors or even if there is a family history of the disease without consulting a doctor. Can cause gastric discomfort, nausea or vomiting. Not recommended in pregnancy or breast feeding, caution should be taken in women who are being treated for high blood pressure.
