TRADITIONAL HERBAL USES AND MEDICINAL PROPERTIESEucalyptus is known for its therapeutic action in respiratory conditions. It can bring relief to sinus congestion, coughs, flu, catarrh and bronchitis. It is even known to be beneficial for asthma sufferers. It is also known to be stimulating to the immune system, and to the circulatory system. Eucalyptus is also good for relieving aches and pains, and for treating oesteo-arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
PREPARATIONS:Eucalyptus essential oil can be used in the bath, can be vaporized in an oil burner or can be applied topically in a carrier massage oil or cream. See

TYPICAL PREPARATIONS AND DOSAGEEucalyptus essential oil can be used in the bath, or vapourised in an oil burner. It can be added to a massage oil or cream. Use 6-8 drops per bath and 10 -18 drops per 30ml of carrier oil. See
