Q.I am looking for natural herbal remedies for menopausal symptoms,,,,,would Maca Powder be helpful?
A.Yes Maca is a popular herb for menopausal symptoms.

It is safe to take a combination of some or all these herbs.
We are all different and what works for one person may not work for another, but I am sure that there is something here which will help you out. We have had lots of good feedback about all of these herbs and menopausal symptoms. Also unlike medicines these active parts in all of these herbs build up in the system slowly, and can take a month or two to get the full effect, but you should know in a week or two if a particular herb, is starting to work for you.
Q. I only wanted to know if your tincture, which I would like to order, is made and controlled by yourself. Or do you import it already made (and where from) and do you resell it?
A.All our tinctures are made by large herbalist supply companies here in the UK. The companies we buy our herbs from import raw herbs from around the world and make tinctures with them. The tinctures and herbs are often supplied directly to herbalists, they are of a high quality and are made to GMP standards and have quality control checks and a certificate of analysis.
Q.Is your Ashwagandha Herbal powder by any chance Soil Association (or something equivalent) certified Organic?
A.Ashwagandha Herbal powder: This powder is organically grown in India, and is also fair trade. It is grown for the company that imports it, they are with the soil Association and it is certified organic as long as it is in their sealed packaging. We spilt the big bags down into smaller packets, as soon as we open there packaging it losses the organic status.
Q.Do you sell Gelatinized Maca?
A. Sorry no we only sell pure maca, maca in it's whole plant form.
Q.What would you mix Spirulina with to make it into a shake?
A.I would suggest you try and mix it with a fruit smoothie and / or milk, I prefer rice milk with a little fruit smoothie, my partner prefers 100% fruit smoothie with her herbal powders.
Q.Is Valerian good for anxiety? I have been told by the doctor that I am and I really don't want to take drugs (totally goes against my ethic!) I have read a lot about Valerian, and would like to try it, have any of your customers gave your reviews about this?
A.Yes it is good for Anxiety, give it a go we have had some great feedback from people its helped we also have a lot of repeat buyers. Do not take it whilst taking anti-anxiety drugs however.
Q.Hi thanks for your great service. My mother suffers with migraine, what would you have to take for this daily to keep them away? as the meds her GP give her don't help very much so any good.
A.I am sorry to hear of your mothers problem, however we unable to offer any advice for your mother, migraine being such a serious problem. It depends what is causing the migraine and what meds the GP has her on. I suggest that you take her with the GP's diagnoses to see an herbalist. If you have done this and you know what herbs you what we can supply most any unregulated herbs to you for an excellent price.
Q.How many drops is 2ml and how many is for 4ml? How much water do you add to it?
A.1 ml is equal to 20 drops. add it to approximately 20 ml of water.
Q.Do you have a recommended combination of herbs/tinctures for breast enhancement?

Q.Quick question does this Herbal Tincture come with pipette?
A. The tinctures are not supplied with a pipette. They do however come in a bottle with a dropper in the end, and we also send a plastic measuring cup.
Q.Not to be rude but I'm always concerned with the quality and quality control of such items. I'm not chemist or herbalist so how would I or you know if this Ashwagandha powder isn't partially a filler of some kind. How do you manage this kind of issue, as a distributor.
A. We buy from very good suppliers that we have worked with for many years.
We and our suppliers check the Botanical authentication of each species, and have many checks which end with a Certificate of Analysis. All of the herbs we sell are made to Good Manufacturing practise standards.
A.How does Tribulus powder differ from capsules and the liquid tincture form?
Q.This is a pure herbal powder, not a extract (a process that takes out same of the bulk) It is whole compound and balanced by nature. Its not in capsules, so its cheaper and not mixed with anything as many capsules are. A liquid (tincture) is where the herbs alkaloids have been extracted into alcohol. With powder this process takes place in the body, so is more slow release as its digested.
Q.And is Tribulus powder more effective, than other forms of it? And does taste bad?
A.No not really. But its certainly cheaper. The taste is not nice but not so bad you cant take it, its easy to make it taste good if you mix it with juice. (we have lots of suggestions on this)
Q.I ordered Sida cordifolia / Bala herbal tincture form you from you awhile ago. My wife has really bad asthma. She takes the inhaler, nebulizer ,and Prednisone. She is now taking the tincture, and 1 dose is good for 3 days (totally clear ) I will order more soon

Q.hi, is this 100% Ashwagandha powder or is it mixed with other formulas? cos I used to take it as a formula before now I am looking simply for the Ashwagandha powder on its own.
A.Yes we supply only 100% pure herbal powders. Herbals with nothing added and nothing taken away. This provides the body the full spectrum of the herbal alkaloids with in the herb, just as nature intended.
Q.I have been looking for Gymnema in tea bag form but and find any in the UK. Does it matter if it is put in something hot like a drink or food? If not can you tell me the best way to take it?
A.No sorry we do not have in a tea bag. We have it in a powder form. To take a Herbal powder:-
Herbal Powders are easiest to consume when made into a paste by adding a very small amount of water and mixing well, do not add too much water as powders often taste very bitter. The powders can be added straight into shakes and smoothes and blended.
Q.How long will Horny Goat Weed tincture 100ml last? a month or more?
A.The Low or Starting dose 1.5ml twice a day - 3ml a day would last 33 days.
And a high dose 5ml twice a day - 10ml a day would last 10 days.

Interesting, sounds like you do quite a lot! - This mix of herbs would you
mind telling me what it is? I'm looking for something with similar effects
(both the staying trim and energy) and I really would rather take
something natural compared to all the artificial stuff that's sold in
fitness shops.
A. Before training I take
1 teaspoon Wheatgrass powder
1 teaspoon Spirulina powder
3/4 teaspoons Guarana powder ( stimulant )
1/2 teaspoon Kola nut powder ( stimulant )
1/2 teaspoon Ashwaganda powder ( strength )
1 teaspoon Tribulas powder (Testosterone )
1 teaspoon Mucuna powder ( l dopa )
1/2 teaspoon camu camu powder ( vit C )
1/2 teaspoon gymnema powder ( blood suger balance )
In a blender with half a banana, small amount fruit smothee and rice milk (
or what ever you like ) Make to a just under a pint and take about 45 mins. before training. (Mix and match the herbs for yourself)
Q.
Does your Guarana Liquid Extract have caffeine in it? and also is it straight Guarana?
A.Yes Guarana has caffeine in it as well as other stimulants.
This is an alcohol extracted Guarana; it contains only Guarana and alcohol. 1:1 this means 1ml has the same amount of Guarana in it as 1 gram pure powdered Guarana seeds, so it's strong.
