What postage services do you use?

We use within the UK, Royal Mail 1st class recorded Delivery; this allows us to track the parcel when it has been delivered. In the case of a very large order we may send it Royal Mail Standard Parcels.
Outside the UK we use, Royal Mail Air Mail service, this has no tracking; however we do get a Certificate of postage, showing that a item has been post to your address.

What are the dispatch and delivery times?
A.
All orders are normally dispatched within a working day, but this can take up to three working days if we are busy.
Within the UK it normally takes 1-2 days to arrive, but can take longer, this is up to the royal mail and is out of our hands.
Outside the UK it can take up 7 working days, but we have feedback saying items have arrived in the U.S. after only 3 day from there order.

I am outside the UK and I wish to make a large order, how will this be sent?
A.
Outside the UK, if your order adds up to more than 2Kg then it will be split in to 2 or more parcels. This is cheaper and faster than sending a large order by other methods.

I live outside the UK; will the herbs pass though my countries customs?
A.
For orders within the EU, there is free trade and your goods pass freely over the borders. We have had no problems with this.
For orders out site the EU, we tag the parcels with a custom declaration (CN22) and mark it with its contents, we have had no major problems with any countries.

What happens if my order gets lost in the post?
A.
We offer a Postage Guarantee to all sales, if an item is lost in the post (15 working day for the UK, and 20 working days for international) we will send a replacement.

Yes we provide a simple plastic measuring cup so that you can use it to measure your herbal tincture in ML.

No, sometimes we send out what we have in stock, for example if you order a 500 gram bag we may send you 2 x 250 grams.

We often buy in a batch of a particular herb and then we are able to sell it until it is gone. We then may be able to buy more or we may have the wait for the crop or it to arrive into the UK

The price of the herbs we buy in is changing mostly due to changing prices from our suppliers and the exchange rate.
