Linseed Preparations: Organic Brown Linseed Organic Gold Linseed
Linseed Traditional recommended daily amount: Take 1 -2 tbsp of seeds with 1 -2 glasses of water to flush out the digestive system. Use 2 tsps of seeds in 1 cup of hot water, infuse for 10 minutes then drain and use for a sore throat.
