Catuaba bark loose herbal tea
Erythroxylum catuaba
Make tea with 1-2 teaspoons of the bark per cup of hot water,steep for 15 - 20 mins. Drink before sexual activity. Can be sweetened with a little honey or Agave syrup.

Cinnamon herbal tea
Cinnamomum zeylanicum
Cinnamon bark can be broken up in a pestle and mortar, and used in beverages. Add ½ to 2 teaspoons of powdered cinnamon or broken up pices of bark, to 1 cup of boiling water, steep for 10 -15 mins. To make an Indian Chai Tea with black tea, cinnamom, cardamom, ginger, fennel seeds, vanilla and milk. |

1 - 2 teaspoons of bark in water. Set in pan over heat for 15 minutes to make a decoction.

Turnera diffusa
1- 2 teaspoon of cut herb or powder per 1 cup of boiling water, infuse for 10-15 minutes.

Horny Goat Weed Herbal Tea
Epimedium sagittarium
Cut herbs: 1-2 desertspoons of loose leaf
herbs per cup of water. Steep for 15 minutes.

Rose Petals loose for herbal tea
Rosa centifolia
1-2 teaspoons of rose petals in 1 cup of boiling water for 10 minutes.
A middle eastern recipe for a sweet rose decoction is as follows; To serve 4, place 1.5 cups of rose petals in a saucepan. Cover with 3 cups of water and boil for 5 minutes, or until the petals become discoloured. Strain into teacups and add honey to taste.
A traditional Royal Victorian recipe is to blend rose petals with China black tea. Perfect served in fine China cups for kings, queens, friends and loved ones.
