How to take Herbal Powders

How to take Herbal Powders

Herbal powders are easy to take, we suggest that you blend them up into a smoothie. Simply you can blend them up with milk or rice/soya/nut milk if you prefer. They are not very pallitable if you mix them with water, so its good to make a nice tasty drink. We like rice milk and banana as sometimes they can be bitter to taste.

Another tasty way to take them is to make them up in a fruit smoothie. We like to always have an ' Innocent fruit smoothie' (available from most food stores) in the fridge as this is a great way to make a quick smoothie blended up with the powders, however with a little more time a delicious soft fruit smoothie can be made up with a wide choice of fruits, our favourite is apple juice, herbal powders and berries.

MILKY
1 teaspoon wheatgrass
1 banana
1 cup of rice milk
1 tablespoon Goji berries (soaked over night)
1 teaspoon Maca
1 teaspoon Spiralina

FRUITY
1 teaspoon Bee pollen
1 teaspoon Siberian ginseng
1 teaspoon Wheatgrass
1 tablespoon of berries
1 banana
1 cup of grape juice

All these herbal Powders are 100% pure and available to you in an un-processed form.

So why buy expensive formulas when you can use individual herbal powders at a fraction of the cost?
