Guarana has been used for years in Brazil.
Guarana has been popularised and used in many energy drinks, protein bars and herbal formulas, however it is important to look out for standardization, and unfortunately sometimes the products are pumped full of chemical caffeine.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Over use of guarana can cause jitteriness, irritability and insomnia. Not recommended during pregnancy or breast feeding. If taken with anti- diabetic medication blood sugar levels need to be monitored.
Suggested Dosage:
Guarana Herbal Powder- Origin : Brazil
1 gram in the morning for a active day and weight loss & appetite suppression or 3 to 5 grams in the early evening for a stimulating evening

Alcohol Vol. 45%
