TRADITIONAL HERBAL USES AND MEDICINAL PROPERTIES

. Raspberry leaves and fruit are becoming well known for their anti-oxidant qualities, and their power to fight free radicals.

However Raspberry's other chief use is as a women's tonic. It is a uterine relaxant and tonic so it is excellent if taken during pregnancy for uterine irritability, for the prevention of miscarriage, for relieving morning sickness, and for strengthening and toning the womb as a preparation for labour. It is also known to assist the body in labour with contractions and in preventing haemorrhage.

It has an astringent action so is useful for diarrhea, internal and external bleeding. It is rich in Vit C, E and selenium.

Raspberry is also indicated for use in some eye disorders, it is known to be helpful for cataracts, retinal blood vessel damage and in Diabetes.

For millennia European and Native American women have safely used raspberry leaf for irregular menstruation, menstrual cramps and during pregnancy.

Take 2-4ml up three times a day
