We live in unique times. There are a vast array of different herbs and superfoods available to us from different corners of our planet. Many of these can be taken together and make excellent combinations.

Anyone can benefit. It is particularly for the health concious, bodybuilder who wants to live to a ripe old age and still have a libido.

Ingredients
Fruit Juice (eg apple juice)
1 teaspoon Wheatgrass powder
1 teaspoon Spirulina powder
1 teaspoon Fo-Ti powder
1 teaspoon Gingko leaf powder
1 teaspoon Tribulus powder
1 teaspoon Ashwagandha powder
1 teaspoon Maca powder
1 teaspoon Catuaba powder

Method
Just add a teaspoon of everything into 300-500 ml of applejuice, mix in a blender and drink. Soon you will feel great, ready for anything...whatever your age.

Ingredients
1 teaspoon Spirulina powder
1 teaspoon Shatavari powder
2 teaspoon Wheatgrass / Barleygrass powder
1 teaspoon Suma root powder
1 teaspoon Raw Cacao Powder
2 teaspoons Shelled hemp seeds
1 Ripe banana (plus any other half eaten fruit the kids have left)
3/4 pint water (which combined with the hemp is like adding hemp milk

Method
Combine the herbs and superfood powders with the juice and banana and blend until the hemp seeds and banana have disintegrated.

1-2 cups Pure Water (depending on desired consistency)

Method
Cut up fruit into small chunks and add powdered herbs. Stick it in a blender!

Go easy on the cacao and reishi as they are strong tasting and can make it a bit earthy. Lots of lovely Maca and Agave Syrup though!

Looks a bit muddy, but feels great! Your insides say thank you.
