Take 1 to 2 grams/teaspoons of two or three times a day
Fenugreek Herbal Tincture-
Extraction Ratio 1:3,
Alcohol Vol. 25%,
Take 2 - 3ml two or three times a day,
or as recommended by a herbal practitioner.
