What to do if your order has not arrived

We always try our best to make sure you get your orders as soon as possible. However occasionally things go wrong and this page is about what we will do to fix problems. If you don't find the solution you are looking for on this page please call us so we can sort things out for you. Our number is 01458 831 447 (if you're outside the UK add your international dialling code + 44 and omit the first 0)

Missing in post

If your package has not yet arrived don't panic. We use The Royal Mail (except on larger next day packages) and their service is usually excellent. As a general rule orders arrive within 2 working days of when they were dispatched. Occasionally however they take a little longer for some reason.

Tracking delayed packages

If you are a UK customer and your package has not arrived, email us at sales@indigo-herbs.co.uk or call us on 01458 831 447, providing your name and order number and we will be able to provide you with a tracking number which can be used to track your package on www.royalmail.com.

Lost Packages

In a small proportion of packages do become lost in the post and in this situation we provide a full postal guarantee.

If it has been more than 15 working days (20 working days outside the UK) since your order was dispatched, please email us at sales@indigo-herbs.co.uk or call us on 01458 831 447, providing your name and order number and we will dispatch a replacement.

Missing items or wrong items sent

We always try very hard to send the right thing to the right person. Occasionally we make a mistake.

If you have received your package but something is missing or we have sent the wrong thing, please let us know immediately and we will do whatever we need to to remedy the situation. 99% of the time this means sending you the right thing.

Occasionally if we think the situation warrants it we will also send you free Raw Chocolate.
