Raw Agave Nectar Organic Syrup

Agave syrup is 100% natural and raw, it has not been heated and is therefore full of life. It has a very low glycemic index and is a wonderful replacement for sugar. It is 33% sweeter than sugar, therefore when it is substituted in a recipe you need to use 75% less! It is lower in calories AND releases the energy slowly into the body, enabling the blood sugar levels to remain stable.
So heres a delicious superfood smoothie recipe: 4 tablesp Cacao nibs 1 cup of ground almonds 1/4 cup of Agave 5 cups of coconut milk add banana or other soft fruits include other powdered herbs of superfoods of choice. Blend up and enjoy!
