This woman's aromatherapy oil blend is a wonderful mix of the essential oils of Clary sage, Fennel and Geranium. Together these essential oils create a hormone balancing, muscle relaxing and mood harmonising aromatherapy blend. It has a sweet, green and woody aroma. This blend is excellent for women to use before and during menstruation, as it can calm the mood and soothe the body, using this blend is an excellent way to nurture oneself.

This blend is a 100% pure essential oil in undiluted form to use in an essential oil burner, an essential oil diffuser, or to add to the bath. It is also available as a dilution in a roller bottle to apply directly to pulse points, and as a sensual aromatherapy massage oil.
