Making A Purchase
Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard, and we also process payment using Paypal and Nochex.
Shipping And Handling
We aim to provide a speedy, no nonsense service and welcome any queries.
We use Royal mail postage services:
All UK deliveries sent out by eithor:
1st Class Recorded delivery.
This guarantees that the parcel has a tracking number & is traceable.
This means that the Royal mail post person will need to take a signature on delivery.
The Royal mail promise that First Class means next day deliver. However they do not guarantee this.
Ensuring the address & Postcode is correct can avoid the parcel being held up at the sorting office.
Royal Mail Special Delivery - This guarantees that the parcel will arrive the next day before 1pm. However The order MUST be placed with us before 10:30am to guarantee that we can fulfill the order & dispatch on the same day.
Overseas items are sent Royal Mail Airmail:
There is no tracking number with this service.
The Royal mail promise parcels will arrive to:
Western Europe within three working days
Eastern Europe within five working days
the rest of the world in five to seven working days.
However they do not guarantee this.
We also use a next day Courier service provided by Interlink:
This expedited service guarantees your parcel will arrive the next day.
It includes a text/ email service to notify the customer of a delivery time window on the morning of delivery.
However the order must be received by 10:30am for us to guarantee the same day dispatch with Interlink.
Interlink do not delivery on Saturday or Sunday.
So if an Interlink next day delivery order is placed before 10:30am on a Friday, it will arrive Monday. After 10:30am then it will arrive Tuesday.
We will aim to dispatch your order to you within 3 business days. (We do not open on Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays or between Christmas & New Year)
However in some cases we will not be able to do this.
This will be if we are waiting for a bulk stock item to arrive & a product is temporarily out of stock.
After 3 days your item will be put on back order, then you will be notified by email.
Royal Mail Special Delivery & Interlink next day by courier service - We can only guarantee same day dispatch if order is received before 10.30am.
If your item is temporarily out of stock we will place this on Back Order. You will be emailed with this information. This may mean that part of your order is fulfilled & the out of stock item is sent later.The customer has the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption.
We have no access to your card numbers.
We work hard to guarantee your satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please tell us why and we will sent a replacement product or arrange a refund.
We offer a Postage Guarantee to all sales, if an item is lost in the post (15 working day for the UK, and 20 working days for international) we will send a replacement. We politely ask that the customer waits for this time to pass as in most cases the parcel will arrive late.

Returns & Refunds:
If you wish to cancel your purchase under the Distance Selling Regulations, buyers have a period of seven working days from the date of delivery within which they can cancel the sale. However at Indigo Herbs we extend that to 30 days.
Please return the unopened products to the address below, with a note of your order no and reason for cancellation. When we receive the returned goods we will refund you the customer the sale price of the purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your products and you wish to return the item please get in contact, tell us why and we will sent a replacement product or arrange a refund if the product is unopened.
We will be happy to accept the return of unused products and return the sale price.
All original postage and packing charges, are paid for by the customer, and the return postage is also the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
