Shipping And Handling
We aim to provide a speedy, no nonsense service and welcome any queries.
Our Policy is the postage charge is to cover the Postage & Packing.
We use Royal mail postage services. All UK deliveries sent out 1st Class Recorded.
This means we have proof that the item has arrived.
Heavy orders will be sent by the cheapest method, normally by Royal Mail Standard Parcels, which aim to deliver within three to five working days.
For overseas items are sent Royal Mail Airmail, we get a certificate of posting for proof that the goods have been sent. There is no tracking number with this service.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in less than 2 business days.
International orders are generally received in less than 14 days.
Postage Guarantee
We offer a Postage Guarantee to all sales, if an item is lost in the post (15 working day for the UK, and 20 working days for international) we will send a replacement.
