Nutritional profile
The phytonutrient vitamins available to the body in Wheat grass includes all of the
B complex family, Vitamin A, C, E and K. There are 90 out of 102 of the essential minerals and trace minerals in Wheat grass.

It contains anti-oxidants, Beta-carotene and stunning 70% chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is the basis of all plant life and is full of Vitamin C, potassium and folic acid. There are literally 100's of enzymes, some not found in other foods and a perfect ratio of Protein, fats and carbohydrates, with more protein than meat, fish, dairy, and pulses.

So thanks goes to Dr Ann Wigmore who in 1958 tested the various weeds and grasses at the Hippocrates health institute in Boston. Wheat grass was her favourite and her studies widely popularised its use.

It is harvested before the development of the stem and immediately dehydrated at body temperature to preserve the natural pure " living" biological properties and potency of the super food including all the heat sensitive enzymes and nutrients.

It is also safe for children and can be added to smoothies, milk, water, dips and food.

Suggestion Dosage:
½ to 4 teaspoons per day added to smoothes, water, dips or foods
Wheat grass should be introduced gradually to enable the body to get used to any detoxification reaction.
