Here is our selection of wholefoods (or whole food)*. Our range includes nuts, seeds, grains, fruits, mushrooms, sea vegetables (seaweeds) and mixes like muesli, seed blends and bars.
Most of our wholefoods are organic and all are quality assured. Our whole food products are unprocessed, un-heated, untreated and unadulterated where possible. Our emphasis is on offering products that are pure and natural. In a hugely expanding market of wholefoods it is important to know that the ingredients used in a healthy diet are not laden with hidden ingredients. All our whole foods comply with our quality assurance policy and we guarantee our customers an excellent quality product.

Latin name:Polifloral Bee Pollen
Pollen from flowers, collected by bees, mixed with bee digestive enzymes. Bee pollen is one of nature's superfoods. Rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes, amino acids and anti-oxidants.
Bee Pollen is literally being packed with goodness; it contains vitamin A, C, D, E, K and B complex, as well as lecithin, beta-carotene and selenium. Bee Pollen Traditional recommended daily amount: Bee Pollen can be eaten raw or can be added to your favourite cereals, smoothies, yogurt or hot drink. There are no set dosages for Bee Pollen but 5-10g (1-2 teaspoons) is a recommended daily dose.

Cordyceps Cs-4 powder is a is powdered dry mushroom mycelia manufactured by liquid fermentation, the Cordyceps strains of Paecilomyces hepialid Chen & Dai Cs-4 (approved by IMCAS) is isolated from wild cordyceps sinensis (Berk.) Sace in Qinghai, Yushu District.
It has taken scientists many years to find a vegetative form of Cordyceps that produces the same active compounds as the very rare and expensive natural fungi; the research resulted in the Cordyceps strain Cs-4. Cordycepin ( Adenosine ) 0.4% Cordycepic Acid ( Mannitol ) 13% Polyaccharide 5.8%

Avoid in individuals with a known allergy or hypersensitivity to cordyceps, mold, or fungi. Cordyceps may cause dry mouth, nausea, loss of appetite, diarrhea or dizziness. Cordyceps Cs-4 is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women due to a lack of available scientific evidence. Cordyceps Cs-4 may be possibly unsafe in pregnant women, as it may affect steroid hormone levels. |

Dulse Seaweed
Dulse Seaweed
Palmaria palmata
Also known as sea parsley, sea lettuce flakes, dilsk, creathnach and sol.
Our dulse Seaweed comes from the pollution free, clean clear Atlantic waters of the coast of Ireland.
PROCESSING Our Dulse is all harvested by hand, and then dried at room temperature, to preserve its nutritional qualities. Our Dulse can be used in salads, or added to soups and stews. Dulse can also be added to bread dough as a flavour enhancer. It can be consumed in the de-hydrated form or re-hydrated (when it becomes slightly chewy). It has a mild spicy salty flavour and it can be used as a replacement for salt.
NURITIONAL PROFILE Dulse seaweed is an excellent source of iron, potassium and fluoride but relatively low in sodium. It contains all the trace minerals from sea elements which are needed by humans. Dulse seaweed contains calcium and magnesium and is a natural source of iodine which is essential for thyroid health and hormone secretion. It contains vitamins C, E and A and is high in vitamins B6 and B12, dietary fibre and protein.
There are no known contraindications.
DOSSAGE FOR DULSE SEAWEED For medicinal use take 5 - 10 grams daily in foods. Use liberally on salads, in soups and stews as a part of a healthy diet. |

Latin name:Lycium barbarum Goji berries have been used in traditional Mongolian, Tibetan and Chinese medicine for 1000s of years.They are a nutritionally dense food, and known as a tonic in Chinese medicine.
Goji berries nutritional profile includes the highest source of carotenoids ( beta-carotene being one of them) on the planet. Goji berries are also rich in Vit C, Vit A, Vit B1, B2, B6, Vit E, they contain 18 amino acids (including 8 essential amino acids) and 21 trace minerals. Goji berries are also known as Wolf berries.

Goji berry Traditional recommended daily amount: They can be eaten every day and a typical daily dose range is 8-30 grams.
Contraindications of Goji : Not advisable for those taking blood thinning agent Walfarin. Can cause diarrhoea if taken in excess.

Sunflower seeds from the beautiful sunflower plant are not only a delicious snack but they are also a nutritionally rich source of vitamins, minerals, protein, dietary fibre and healthy fats.
As well as adding to salads, muesli and trail mix, these wonderful seeds can also be sprouted, and they make particular delicious and chunky sprouts. Sunflower seed oil is also an excellent source of vitamin E, which is thought to imparts anti-oxident and anti-inflammatory qualities.
