What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is a complementary therapy that uses muscle testing 'biofeedback' in order to identify the roots of emotional, mental, physical and/or chemical imbalances.
Balance is then achieved through a number of methods and according to the specific indications gained through muscle testing, always different for each person.
Creative Kinesiology recognises and acknowledges the intrinsic link between body, mind and Spirit. It is a truly Holistic therapy as it regards the interrelationship of all three on all levels, and sheds light on specific issues from all necessary angles.
Our starting point can be either physical, emotional or spiritual. Pretty much any issue or complaint can be explored and addressed using Kinesiology, while we work together to unravel the underlying energetic pattern hidden beneath the surface.
Structural, nutritional, emotional and energetic imbalances are assessed throughout the session, and then balanced according to what we find through muscle feedback.
Various test kits may be used during the session in order to get precise answers as to what you might need: Bach Flower Essences and other essences, Phytobiophysics flower formulas, a complete nutrition test kit, and other test vials to identify possible food intolerances.
About Mylène Chiron:
Mylène has been fascinated by Kinesiology for the past 20 years, both as a client and as a professional kinesiologist. She has explored and learned a wide array of complementary therapies on her journey, yet has always kept a deep interest and favour for this particular healing modality. It was only natural that she finally trained in Systematic Kinesiology in Bristol in 2009 and completed a Creative Kinesiology Practitioner course in 2010. She is now a member of the Kinesiology Federation.
She can blend techniques from traditional Kinesiology and the tools and approach of Creative Kinesiology whilst incorporating her other therapy skills and techniques (basic shiatsu and massage techniques, sound and colour healing, hands-on healing, clairaudience) checked against muscle-testing: there is no guess-work with this wonderful bio-feedback!
Chosing Kinesiology can become for you a wonderful Journey of self-exploration and deep healing, that can bring up to the surface what needs healing and awareness at your own pace and beyond what your mind believes is true.
“One hour session is often enough to unravel quite a bit of 'your story’ and operate changes; yet I recommend to allow for at least 3 sessions: Chi has its own pace and there will be many micro-shifts during the sessions and in the following days and weeks that need integration time for better and lasting results. There might even be some ‘homework’ to do in between sessions, that can include movement/exercises, Bach flowers remedies or other floral essences, aura-soma , Phytoplants, crystal work, homoeopathy, meditation, visualisations or changes in diet/supplement recommendations etc.”
Testimonials:
I was introduced to kinesiology by Mylene and after a few sessions I can definitely recommend kinesiology and in particular Mylene! I found her to be very intuitive and very gentle and supportive. My reasons for seeking treatment were at first physical but we were soon able to nut out patterns of thinking and my past experiences that were influencing my general wellbeing. I can honestly say that treatment with Mylene has been lifechanging for me. Her gentle approach and understanding nature helped me discover so much about myself and encouraged me to break free from negative patterns and create a new fresh beginning for myself. I always look forward to sessions because it is always exciting to discover what my body is trying to tell me!

After giving birth I suffered from slight incontinence. One session with Mylène and my bladder was back to normal - absolutely amazing!!! I have a regular check-up at least every 2 months with her and am overall a lot healthier and happier."

"I am a very skeptical person and it took a bit of convincing to try Kinesiology for my health and well-being. I would strongly recommend it."
