The simplest way to pay for your order is using your credit or debit card on our secure payment gateway which you will find at the end of the checkout process. Our payment service is provided by Secure Trading.
We are also able to accept bank transfers for payment in our checkout process.
Receiving Your Orders
Orders will be dispatched on the same day wherever possible. Our customer promise is to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of receipt of payment.
If a large order means we cannot fulfill our customer promise, your account manager will contact you to discuss how we can best meet your needs.
We operate a just-in-time ordering system with our suppliers to ensure high product quality. In some cases (especially herbal teas and powders) we occasionally encounter seasonal availability issues.
