We have been producing high quality herbal, superfood & natural health products since 2005. Indigo Herbs started trading as an on line global apothecary and until recently we sold all our own brand products directly to consumers. However due to the excellent quality and competitive prices of our own brand product lines, we have experienced increased demand from retailers who want to be supplied with the Indigo Herbs range for their outlets.
As wholesale demand has increased we have developed a separate wholesale and bulk service....
Placing Orders
The best way to place an order is by using this website. You will need an account to do so and if you haven't already applied for one, do so here.
You can add products into your cart as you would expect on any retail online store. However it's the volumes and prices that are different. Once you have an account you are also eligible for additional high volume discounts.
Once you have added all your chosen products to your cart click on the checkout option in the right hand menu to proceed to the checkout screen.

Paying for Orders
The simplest way to pay for your order is using your credit or debit card on our secure payment gateway which you will find at the end of the checkout process. Our payment service is provided by Secure Trading and all your card details are entered directly onto their secure server. We do not get to even see your card details. Additionally we can also take your credit or debit card payment by phone.
If you prefer we are able to accept bank transfers as a form of payment. This option is also available in the normal checkout process.
Receiving Your Orders
We will always dispatch orders as fast as possible and this often means on the same day they are ordered. We promise to dispatch your order within 5 working days of receipt of your payment except for very high volume orders.
If an order is too large for normal dispatch times we will contact you to discuss how we can best meet your needs, possibly by organising a phased dispatch schedule. This is because, for some products, we operate a just-in-time ordering system with our suppliers to ensure high product quality. For other products (especially herbal teas and powders) we occasionally encounter seasonal availability issues.
