We recently expanded our Clearspring range and couldn’t be happier about it!
Clearspring is a lovely family-owned business that pioneers Japanese, macrobiotic and organic fine foods. At Indigo Herbs we relish the fact that we can collaborate with different guest brands and offer an ever-growing selection of products to our customers.
When excitedly unboxing the new lines, we realised that many of our staff members didn’t know how to use some of the products. We thought, what better way to introduce miso paste, mirin and seaweed to our staff than with a (socially distanced) lunch?
Having a monthly staff social has been our minds for a while. Now that things are opening up again, we decided to give it a go. The food was prepared in a safe way and was portioned out for our staff in takeaway boxes for them to enjoy at their convenience.
The Menu
- Miso-marinated roasted aubergine
- Steamed baby spinach with lemon juice
- Mixed sushi rice with toasted black sesame seeds
- Seaweed salad with tamari sesame dressing
After months of uncertainty it was so lovely to come together and enjoy some wholesome, delicious food. It made a big difference for us as a company to be with each other in this way once again. We’ve committed to doing these team member get-together's once a month moving forward, and are already planning our next one!
