At the beginning of October each year, London hosts the largest gathering of Complimentary and Altenative Medicine (CAM) practitioners and suppliers. It is a place where everyone from the industry shows off their latest innovations. Indigo Herbs were exhibiting once again and it was certainly fun to meet, in the flesh, some of the people we have been dealing with on the 'phone as well as making new aquaintances.
One of the most interesting things about the show is finding out what herbalists, nutritionists and other practitioners think about our products and finding out how they use them and we thought we'd share the most popular ones.
