Pineapple Cinnamon Spritzer
- Sparkling water
- Pineapple juice
- Apple juice
- Cinnamon powder
- Cinnamon sticks for garnish
Holiday Mule
- Non-alcoholic ginger beer
- Cranberry juice
- Rosemary simple syrup*
- Lime juice
- Rosemary sprigs and cranberries for garnish
Apple Thyme Tonic
- Tonic water
- Apple juice
- Lemon juice
- Thyme simple syrup*
- Fresh thyme sprigs and apple slices for garnish
Elderberry Spritzer
- Sparkling water
- Apple juice
- Elderberry simple syrup*
- Lemon juice
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
Apple Cranberry Cider
- Apple juice
- Cranberry juice
- Soda water
- Lemon juice
- Sugar in a dish (for the rim) and lemon slice or peel for garnish
*How to Make Simple Syrups
Rosemary Simple Syrup
- 200g granulated sugar
- 200ml water
- 4 tbsp dried rosemary
Thyme Simple Syrup
- 200g granulated sugar
- 200ml water
- 4 tbsp dried thyme
Elderberry Simple Syrup
- 200g granulated sugar
- 200ml water
- 2 tbsp dried elderberries
For each syrup, add all necessary ingredients to a small saucepan. Turn heat to low and stir until sugar dissolves. Simmer an additional 5 minutes, or until syrup coats the back of a spoon. Remove from heat. Allow syrup to cool completely before straining herbs and using.
Store leftover syrup in a jar in the fridge for up to 2-3 weeks.
