Indigo Herbs is now the Best website at Trustpilot in the Health & Wellbeing Category. We have been now collecting reviews from customers over the last few months, and have been overwhelmed with excellent reviews. Why is Indigo Herbs rated so highly? There are quite a few factors which contribute to our top rated reviews, I will attempt to highlight the reasons to why we are receiving such good customer reviews.
1. Customer Service - We are always at the end of the phone during office hours and we are more than happy to pick the phone up and have a chat about herbs and superfoods, take orders and discuss and solve issues. We like talking to our customers.
"I initially telephoned the company - yes!! they are on the internet and they can also be contacted by phone - and found the staff to be courteous and helpful. The product was delivered next day and you can't get much better than that, can you? I also know that the product is excellent quality as I do have a lot of experience with herbal medicines. 2. Dispatch and Delivery Times - We really aim to dispatch orders the same day, and we are hitting a large amount of success with same day dispatch and when we don't do this we always dispatch the very next working day. We use a Royal Mail on-line business account this means that we are still packing the orders up to 5.30pm. The orders are quickly processed and put into mail bags here at Indigo Herbs. By 6pm they are in the mail van. The Royal Mail deliver most First Class mail by the next working day, including Saturdays. Therefore most UK orders we receive are delivered the next working day and the rest over the next few working days. This is not guaranteed service, but seems to be the most likely situation. For guaranteed next day delivery we offer a guaranteed next day service using Royal Mail Special Delivery for small items and the Home Delivery Network for larger orders. So, if we recieve an order before midday we can guaranteed next day delivery.

3. Quality - At Indigo Herbs we pride ourselves in supplying the best quality herbs and superfoods. Every product is quality checked and is tested for safety. Under the Indigo Herbs Quality Assurance Scheme, strict policy guidelines are followed. All products must be either Quality Assured, Wild Crafted or Organic Assured. Customers are responding to this with complimentary comments about the quality of our products. We only sell our own brand Herbs and Super Foods that we have sourced to ensure we maintain standards in house.

4. Excellent Completive Prices - We are well known to be good value for money, the feedback tells us this. We source and package ourselves and then sell direct to the public. This cuts out lots of layers of wholesalers and retailers, who would all add to the price. These savings are passed on to our customers.
