She is known as The Lunch Box Doctor. Currently Jenny is writing a book & the consultant nutritionist to Indigo Herbs.

Abby is a Senior member of the Indigo Herbs team. Amongst her many responsibilities is keeping her finger on the Natural Health pulse, discovering and sourcing wonderful natural health products from around the globe. As a result, she has some key insights in what's hot, and what's not!

Leyla El Moudden Dip Herb Dip Nat is a Naturopath, Herbalist and the General Secretary of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners, the fastest growing Naturopathic Association in the UK. She writes regularly for the ANP and Holistic Therapies Magazine, and delivers public health talks at Nutrition and Wellbeing Live in Olympia Beauty. She organises Continued Professional Development seminars for Herbalists and Nutritional Therapists, lobbies Government for the use of Naturopathy in the National Healthcare System, and works to raise the profile of Naturopathy to the public

Gareth Bilton graduated with a 1st Class BSc (Hons) degree in Naturopathy before further developing skills as a practitioner by running a practice in North Wales. He currently has a Naturopathic practice in North Wales.

Jill R. Davies, HNH, Phd, FAMH, is a qualified herbalist and naturopath of over 30 years. She is the author of 14 books on herbal medicine. Jill lectures in naturopathy and herbal medicine at CNM (College of Naturopathic Medicine ).

Alex is a Registered Nutritional Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Colonic Hydrotherapist. Amanda has lived all over the world and is very happy to live in beautiful Glastonbury. In her spare time, she loves walking up the Tor, cooking for friends and family and being in nature.
