Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday 9-5:30, Tuesday 9-3, Wednesday 9-3, Thursday 9-5:30, Friday 9-5:30) 
Pay rate: £17,128 - £18,540
Location: Glastonbury
Closing Date: 17th June 2019

The Role

You will be joining Indigo Herbs as a Fulfilment Supervisor (Permanent). This is an exciting, challenging and broad role typical of a small company. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager and supervising a small team. This is a hands-on role, you will be working alongside the fulfilment operatives picking, packing and dispatching orders.

Your tasks will include (but are not limited to):

  • Dispatch orders through our computerised system
  • Dispatch wholesale orders
  • Dispatch goods to Amazon warehouses (FBA)
  • Use the stock control system
  • Check in & organise stock
  • Motivate, organise, direct and encourage the team to ensure targets are met
  • Induction & training of new team members
  • Carry out regular one to ones with team members, giving praise and recognition as well as honest, fair, constructive and timely feedback
  • Maintain a clean and tidy working environment
  • Be responsible for H&S compliance for the team. Reporting any breaches of Health & Safety regulations and incidents/accidents
  • Communicate updates of work practices, procedures and methods to team members
  • Support the Operations Manager with additional tasks as required
  • Support other departments within the company

As part of a growing business, you must be diligent and flexible in all tasks assigned.

  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel etc)
  • Good numerical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
