Anyone can benefit. It is particularly for the health concious, bodybuilder who wants to live to a ripe old age and still have a libido.

Ingredients

  • Fruit Juice (eg apple juice) 1 teaspoon
  • Wheatgrass powder 1 teaspoon
  • Spirulina powder 1 teaspoon
  • Fo-Ti powder 1 teaspoon
  • Gingko leaf powder 1 teaspoon
  • Tribulus powder 1 teaspoon
  • Ashwagandha powder 1 teaspoon
  • Maca powder 1 teaspoon
  • Catuaba powder

Method

Just add a teaspoon of everything into 300-500 ml of applejuice, mix in a blender and drink. Soon you will feel great, ready for anything...whatever your age.

New mums, breast-feeding mums, mums to be or ladies still recovering from the demanding miracle that is producing off-spring.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Spirulina powder
  • 1 teaspoon Shatavari powder
  • 2 teaspoon Wheatgrass / Barleygrass powder
  • 1 teaspoon Suma root powder
  • 1 teaspoon Raw Cacao Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Shelled hemp seeds
  • 1 Ripe banana (plus any other half eaten fruit the kids have left)
  • 3/4 pint water (which combined with the hemp is like adding hemp milk

Method

Combine the herbs and superfood powders with the juice and banana and blend until the hemp seeds and banana have disintegrated. Drink immediately or refrigerate and consume during the day

  • 2 tablespoons Agave Nectar
  • 1 scoop Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1 scoop Bee Pollen
  • 1 scoop Spirulina
  • 1 pot of Natural Organic Yoghurt

Method

Whisk the above mentioned ingredients until creamy goop.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon Ashwaghanda powder
  • 1 teaspoon Camu Camu powder
  • 1 heaped teaspoon Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Rhodiola Rosea powder
  • 2 teaspoons Mesquite powder
  • 1-2 cups Pure Water (depending on desired consistency)

Method

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, adding water as desired. Drink slowly and enjoy!
