Fresh out of college and based in the New Forest, I'm here to help you achieve your health goals, offering one-to-one consultations in person and online. 

​I recently graduated from the London College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in March 2021 and am registered with multiple professional and regulatory bodies including CNHC, BANT, and ANP, so you can be sure you are receiving the highest clinical standards for Nutritional Therapy in the UK.

​With over 200 clinic hours behind me, I have helped clients with a variety of health issues from arthritis to fertility, and obesity to psoriasis.

​Although nutrition has a wide effect on all aspects of health, I have a particular interest in gut and immune health, and women's health. Whatever your goal, I will support you with a holistic approach and tailored advice to suit your individual needs.
