A detailed history of your problem will be taken along with a screen of your general health, diet and lifestyle. Mary can then prepare an herbal tincture, tea or cream specific for your needs and circumstances. Dietary and lifestyle advice is also available. She keeps a medicinal herb garden and working beehives where you are welcome to relax and engage with the plants whilst your herbs are prepared.
