Born and raised in Southern Africa amongst nature’s rich diversity and the energetic embrace it offers, I was led to seek knowledge of holistic based natural medicines.
Always with strong scientific basis; individual sessions and recommendations are tailored to the individuals wants and needs through the lens of Ayurvedic and Chinese Medicine. I adjust dietary patterns, work with mainly phytotherapy, orthomolecular medicine, homeopathy, iridology, and reflexology.

A comprehensive knowledge of toxicology coupled with sound experience in the analysis of both clinical and imaging testing, assists me in elevating the quality of patient care and wellness; whilst, my deep-rooted and longstanding background in expressive dance, art and sacral healing therapy further broadens my holistic approach to treatment and wholeness.
