Caroline studied at the Centre for Nutrition Education and Lifestyle Management (CNELM), Wokingham graduating with a first class BSc Hons Nutritional Therapy. Part of this training included Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and the use of the Functional Medicine Model.
Since graduating, she has continued to pursue further education, and has completed a diploma in clinical Psycho-Neuro-Immunology (cPNI).
Her brand, message and method of practice, is based upon the principles of PNI, namely the application of mind-body medicine that is firmly rooted upon 21st Century scientific research.
As a therapist, Caroline works with individuals are searching for their health and vitality and who, as yet, have not been able to find what they are looking for in the traditional healthcare and wellbeing settings.
Caroline considers each individual to be unique and recommends personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes rather than the standard ‘one size fits all’ approach.
The initial consultation lasts 90 minutes and allows clients, as unique individuals, to tell their own personal story.
Caroline’s healthcare focus is:
- Food allergies, intolerances and sensitivities
- Immune system balance, specifically autoimmune dysfunction
- Digestive and gut support
- Metabolic disorders
- Skin health concerns
- Long-term pain
- Hormonal imbalances
- Mental and emotional wellbeing
