Hannah Mayne Practitioner Profile

Hannah Mayne (Federation of Holistic Therapists, Yoga Alliance)

I am professional, confident and motivated with corporate background. I have recently been given the opportunity to re-train and follow my passion as a yoga instructor, massage therapist and health and wellbeing practitioner. Sometimes we go through life so fast without being aware of our surroundings. It is this along with poor life choices and decisions that often cause worry, tension, anxiety and upset. In other cases tension/pain could be the result of an accident, old injury or something else.

I will provide a program of massage therapy treatments supported by yoga poses and stretches to support your body’s natural healing processes. I will also be able to advise on basic nutrition and food plans.  I belong to a network of therapists and can make recommendations if I feel these may be beneficial to your personal wellbeing.

I studied at Akhanda Yoga in Rishikesh, India and successfully completed the YTT Yoga Alliance teacher training certificate under the reknowned teacher and master Yogrishi Vishvketu. To complement this achievement I have full membership with Yoga Alliance Professionals along with all the necessary insurances to ensure yours and my safety.

I also have full membership with the Federation of Holistic Therapists and full complementary therapist insurance including Public Liability. I completed my massage training at the London School of Massage. As part of my FHT membership I have an obligation to demonstrate continued professional development (CPD).

RiverLife Yoga and RiverLife Massage make up RiverLife Therapy. We also jointly own a retreat in France called Forest Life.

Forest Life is situated in the beautiful Regional Millevaches Nature Reserve France.
