 I became interested in natural medicine from a very young age as I saw my maternal grandmother cure herself and family members of many ills using plants and diet. I formally qualified in 1994 obtaining a Diploma in Remedial and Sports massage from the London School of Sports Massage. I have continued studying bodywork and natural medicine since then and have had the privilege to be mentored and work with some of the Masters in their field. I have a variety of 'tools' in my professional tool kit and tailor the treatment to suit the individual. This may include chinese therapies such as cupping, moxibustion, auricular acupuncture and meridian massage. My treatments are very hands on and generally include deep tissue work and myofascial release (including specific techniques to relieve facial pain and TMJ issues), muscle activation, lymphatic drain, head massage, acupressure, remedial exercise and nutritional advise. I have completed the four levels of Touch for Health Kinesiology and am very excited to be including energetic medicine in my practise.

I take an integrative approach to health and medicine and work with clients using a model of self-responsibility where the client is very involved with the choice of treatments. The appointments have a holistic approach and don't always focus on symptoms.
