Helen Buchan

Helen Buchan practices through Zing Nutrition and has eight years of  experience behind her working successfully with clients to provide nutritional solutions to increase energy, health and vitality. Helen prides herself on her detailed and thorough approach towards her client’s health goals and concerns. In an initial consultation she will explore lifestyle, diet and how well body systems are working as well as taking a very detailed health history. This will then all be pieced together like a jigsaw puzzle to determine predisposing factors and possible underlying causes of ill health so that a very personalized, ‘Blue Print,’ for health may be built up for her clients. Helen offers ongoing coaching to encourage her clients to put any required nutritional changes into practice.
