I work with families, children and women in the birthing year, educating about nature's own apothecary and the abundant healing medicine we have all around us.

My training is in herbal medicine, naturopathy, iridology, postnatal care and in teaching the Junior Herbalist Course accredited by NIMH.

I love foraging, medicine-making, hosting hands-on workshops,  and walking in the wilderness.

I offer 1-to-1 consultations, bespoke medicine, one-off events and nutrition & kitchen remedies guidance.
