I am a fully qualified medical herbalist with a BSc Honours Degree in Herbal Medicine and several years experience of helping patients with their health and well-being. I offer personal herbal consultations in Chepstow, Newport and Monmouth, and I also run herb walks and workshops throughout the year.

I take a natural and holistic approach, using personalised herbal remedies created for you from a wide range of herbs, and supporting you with making positive changes in your life. Herbal medicine is suitable for most conditions and for all ages.
