Life can be tough. We are all on a journey. The starting point to leading a fulfilling life is feeling well; physically, mentally and spiritually. No matter what your age or circumstances, the better your energy, strength and vitality, the more you can hope to achieve in life; the closer you move towards realising your dreams and aspirations.
With improved health, we can all maximise our opportunities for growth and fun!
Nutritional Therapy can help. Michelle works with individuals who are struggling through their busy lives, trying to do their best despite feeling unwell. Commonly, Michelle's clients complain they are lacking energy, feeling like their hormones are ‘out of control’, experiencing digestive symptoms and feeling low or anxious. Michelle supports people to make changes using diet, supplements and lifestyle interventions to bring the body back into balance with the aim of optimising health. She uses a health coaching approach to help people with the sometimes challenging process of change.
Michelle offers complimentary 25 minute introductory consultations by telephone or in person. The purpose of the session is to discuss what you are hoping to achieve and Michelle can advise whether Nutritional Therapy may be suitable for your needs and tell you more about the services she provides.
Client testimonial:
'Keeping a food diary was an interesting experience and it enabled Michelle to really understand the areas that would give me the biggest benefits. I can honestly say that as a result of her help it has changed what I eat, when I eat it and indeed how I eat it. Michelle clearly has a thorough knowledge and understanding of nutrition and was always able to answer my questions and explain the processes that were happening and why they were relevant. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michelle for nutritional advice.’
