Monica Watson-peck

Monica is a CNM qualified nutritional therapist and iridologist.  She uses food, supplements - if necessary - and lifestyle changes to help achieve vitality and optimum health.  Laboratory testing is used if required to highlight nutrient deficiencies or gut/system dysbiosis.  

Consultations are in one of her two Dorset clinics; she also does home visits or skype consultations for long distance clients.  Monica also gives company and group health talks, runs regular workshops on different speicifc health conditions and enjoys  'Healthy Cooking Days' to get clients motivated by delcious gluten-, dairy, sugar free recipes.  She uses iridology as one of her diagnostic tools in her practice.
