Monique Webb

Monique Webb lives and works in Surrey and has been working as a freelance personal trainer for 16 years. Monique works from home in a converted barn fitted out as an exercise studio with free weights, resistance equipment and cardio machines. Having recently completed an advanced diploma in herbal medicine, Monique is looking to incorporate her fitness interest with medical herbalism. Monique has a special interest in essential oils and is currently studying further to expand her knowledge on Bach flower remedies.
