Clinical PNI Practitioner
Nicki is a highly qualified clinical Psycho-neuro-immunologist (cPNI practitioner), Metabolic Balance Coach and Natural Nutritionist. She has a special interest in helping people who are searching for the answers and solutions to long-term chronic health issues. She uses a range of restorative interventions including EFT, NLP, deep learning, evolutionary diet, Emotion Code, energy technologies, reiki, theta healing, reset clearing, exercise and more, to help individuals achieve health and vitality and the life they want for themselves.
She works with clients all around the world, anyone who wants to improve their energy, sleep better, relieve pain, lose weight, reduce stress, anxiety or depression or deal with emotional issues, people with chronic health issues, chronic fatigue, autoimmune conditions, allergies, joint problems, people with digestive or metabolic problems and women with hormonal issues.
During your consultation Nicki will seek to discover the underlying cause of your problem. She will spend time with you explaining what’s happening in your body (deep learning). Nicki will make links between your past medical history, life incidents, inheritances, current lifestyle and your symptoms. This will help you understand why particular recommendations have been made for you and where they will have an effect. The interventions Nicki recommends are to restore balance to any disturbed pathways in your body. These may include psychosocial approaches (for stress, anxiety, low mood), exercise, nutrition and inflammation resolution. You will learn some of the best foods to eat for your condition, and you will learn how to improve the drops in energy and mood changes that go hand in hand with long-term chronic health problems.
Nicki really loves her work as she can see what a profoundly positive effect it has on her clients’ health and wellbeing. She believes everyone deserves to live a happy and healthy life.
Clinical PNI is based on how we are genetically designed to live. We evolved in an environment very different from the one we live in today, but our genes remain virtually unchanged. Using this knowledge, Clinical PNI integrates the latest scientific knowledge of nutrition, immunology, endocrinology, neurology, psychology, evolutionary biology, epigenetics and exercise science to create opportunities to improve and promote health in today’s environment.
Our environment and lifestyle also have a big impact on our genes. Sub-optimal conditions have the ability to ‘switch’ our genes on or off – this is epigenetics and it can determine whether we are susceptible to a certain disease or not. Making changes to our diet and lifestyle can be crucial to changing disease outcome.
Underpinned by evolutionary nutrition cPNI will provide you with the tools you need to take your health from where it is now to long-term improvements giving you a solution-focused positive outlook for your future.
Nicki has a passion for sharing her knowledge and so also writes articles, gives talks and runs practical metabolic cookery courses and workshops.
