I qualified as a Nutritional Therapist in 2022 with a diploma from CNM, the College of Naturopathic Medicine. I run Zea Wellness which provides online Nutritional Therapy consultations and an online natural remedies and cooking blog. I have a certificate of distinction in Foundations of Herbal Medicine and am currently studying Medical Herbalism with Heartwood college. I look forward to integrating Clinical Herbalism into my practice in future. I studied Horticulture and Countryside Management so also enjoy gardening and growing fruit, veg and herbs as well as foraging. I enjoy making macerated oils, tinctures, wines and preserves from my produce. I am also studying botanical skincare, incense and natural perfume making and look forward to building these healing skills into my therapeutic practice in future.
