I have a natural interest within female health, Naturopathy and Holistic Health and well-being. This was from taking charge of my health by trying to get my period health back on track once I was diagnosed with PCOS. Now I have got my cycles back, I want to share my passion for female health and health overall with others and to try help them as well.

Overall, I have a real passion for reaching optimal health and happiness as naturally as possible. I love learning about the body, what works for it, it's unique-ness and sharing this with everyone. I love doing this primarily online but I love talking about it generally in conversation. I am hoping one day I could monetise these passions as I share them with more people and to inspire them along the way.
