Sonya Elnaschie

I graduated from the University of Westminster with a first class honours degree in Herbal Medicine after working as a Physiotherapist in the NHS and private healthcare for over 10 years.  

Through my own journey back to good health I discovered herbal medicine whilst working and traveling in Australia and it showed me a way of working with people to improve their health and wellbeing in ways that Physiotherapy did not allow for.

By combining my experiences of working in mainstream and complementary healthcare, I ensure the provision of a high standard of care by providing not just the physical support herbal medicine offers but giving my clients the tools to create and maintain positive changes in their lives. 

I am a member of the College of Practitioners of Phytotherapy, the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists and the Health and Care Professions Council.  

I have s a special interest in working with children as healthy foundations built from birth are the best gift we can give and therefore provide baby massage as well.

Consultations involve discussing in detail the problem you wish to address, your past medical history, medications, diet and lifestyle.  You will also be asked in depth questions on how your different body systems such as digestion and immune system are functioning, as all your body systems are connected and work in synergy.  If appropriate some tests, such as blood pressure measurement may be conducted.  

You will then receive a report with advice tailored to your individual needs and recommendations on bespoke herbal products.
