The Food Teacher (Balens, Guild Health Food Writers, Guild Writers)

As the Food Teacher, I combine my unique education and nutrition expertise to offer schools, organisations and families advice, education programmes, practical workshops, and individual/family consultations.

My aim is to combine education and nutrition for a healthy family. 

The Food Teacher Clinic offers one to one nutritional consultations for individuals and/or families. These are available as virtual consultations (telephone/Skype/Facetime) for families/individuals unable to visit the Hertfordshire Clinic in person.

I qualified as a nutritional therapist at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition ,

I achieved national recognition from CAM (Complimentary and Alternative Medicine) as winner of outstanding student of the year (2014).

As a Full member of BANT and CNHC, I abide to a strict Code of Ethics, provide proof of training and experience and regularly undertake regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
