A Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, I graduated with Distinction from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2023.

I offer 12 month and 6 months one-to-one personalised programmes:

• 4 pillars of hormone health - concentrating on Sleep, Stress, Gut and detoxification, and Blood sugar balance; including functional testing.
• Busy mum's programme - looking at your health issues, one step at a time, over 12 months
• Basic programme - 6 months of nutritional therapy support.

Or you can come to me on a pay-as-you-go basis: 90 minute Initial Consultation and any number of 45 minute Follow-up consultations.

Sessions are online, or in East Sussex.

At each session I provide individualised diet, supplement and lifestyle recommendations.
