Tina Deubert

I am a keen creative cook and combine this with my nutritional therapy training and understanding to give people quick and easy ways to eat in a more healthy way. I run courses and workshops, combining the practice and theory of nutrition, which is a great way to make positive changes. I also take clients on an individual basis, and would describe myself as a generalist. I'm also a Bowen Therapist and run outdoor exercise classes, so I'm in a great position to help people with many aspects of their health and wellbeing.
