Also trained in EMDR Trauma therapy and Hypnotherapy.   My training covers 18 years, including Psychodynamic study at The Esalen Institute in California, CBT training at Birmingham University with Windy Dryden, Counselling training and CBT research in London and Cognitive-Hypnotherapy.
