Catherine has a degree in Herbal Medicine at the University of Middlesex, which included clinical diagnostic skills and 500 hours of clinical training. She is a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists. She believes that herbs together with good nutrition can often gently restore a body to good health and has long used them on herself and on her own family.
