Fabulous and fun for kids' parties, these Dinosaur Cupcakes are not only really easy to make, they also include some super-nutrients from our Organic Vegan Smoothie Mix. 

  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Electric Mixer
  • Non-Stick Muffin Tray 
  • Spoon or Pipe Bag


  Cupcakes Instructions:
  1. Preheat your over to 180°C.
  2. In a large bowl, mixe all the cupcakes ingredients together. You’ll probably needs an electric mixer for this to get a smooth mixture.
  3. Place the paper cupcakes into a non-stick muffin tray.
  4. Grab a tablespoon to scoop out the mixture and with a knife slide it off into the cupcake tray.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If it is they are ready. If not, then give it another 3 minutes or so.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tray for 10 minutes. Once cooled down, remove cupcakes and onto a dish.

Icing & Toppings Instructions:

  1. Mix the icing powder sugar by adding small amount of water at a time.
  2. Add 1 x tsp of Indigo Herbs Organic Kick Ass Vegan Smoothie Mix.
  3. Once cupcakes are cooled, frost over the cupcake with a spoon, or pipe bag to make it a little neater.
  4. Place the mini marshmallows on top of the icing one-by-one. Placing them from the front in a line to the back with the pointed end up so it presents a spike.
Head Instructions:
  1. The head: cut out 1 inch cube from the block of chocolate flavour icing and roll into a ball. Press into your palm so it is the size of your thumb. Place it at the front of the cupcake. Repeat 12 times.
  2. The eyes: pipe out the white icing on to the face to make two eyes on each head. Repeat 12 times.
  3. The eyes pupils: cut out 0.5 cm cube from the block of chocolate flavour and roll in to a small dot. Place on top of the eye with a toothpick. Repeat 12 times.
  4. Sprinkle some candy sprinkles on top to finish off at the end. Then you are done!
