Ingredients
- 100g Gluten Free Oats
- 30g Natural Sources Sweetener (mix of Xylitol & Stevia)
- 5g Ginger Powder
Method
- Melt the butters in a bain marie
- Combine the dry ingredients in a seperate bowl
- Stir dry ingredients into butter
- Lightly grease a tin with a little coconut butter
- Press mixture into tin firmly
- Pop in freezer for 20 minutes
- Remove from freezer and allow to stand then cut into slices with a very sharp knife.
- Store in air tight tin (or in fridge if you want a longer shelf life)
